Job Description:
The Shop Attendant will be responsible for welcoming customers, helping them find items, restocking shelves, handling basic cash transactions, checking product expiry dates, and maintaining overall shop cleanliness. The role requires someone trustworthy, punctual, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with purchases and product inquiries
• Arrange and restock shelves
• Keep the shop clean and organized
• Monitor expiry dates and report low stock
• Handle basic cash transactions
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain daily sales records
