Duties and Responsibilities:

 
* Contribute to growth and profitability by supporting development and implementation of branding, marketing and communication plans to maximize product sales revenue within the framework of overall business development strategy.

* Actively participate in the promotion of products, contacting prospective customers, screening enquiries, and interfacing customers.

* Assist in sales and advertising, identifying new markets and alerting to new product trends towards market growth and profitability of Company.

* Support market penetration by developing and implementing strategies and tactics to grow existing accounts and meet planned targets.

* Responsible for day-to-day operational management across Branches to ensure smooth operations, compliance with Standard Operational Procedures, revenue and profit maximization, adherence to performance indicators and customer satisfaction.

* Accountable for handling money.

* Lead with aptitude to gainfully direct Branch Supervisors and sales personnel to accomplish the mission of the business, coordinate with Branch Supervisors to ensure growth, profitability and other performance indicators are adhered to and functioning as per Company policies.

* Partake in ensuring a culture of excellent customer service delivery and respond to customer complaints in a way that is satisfactory to the customer.  

* Champion the enforcement of retail operating standards and policies in all Branches, work with Branch Supervisors to ensure correct processing and deliver of high-products to clients/customers.

* Coordinate with Branch Supervisors to ensure best practice in store layout and visual merchandizing across all shops to enhance performance.

* Authorize and process inventory movement operations including stock transfers, wastage capturing and processing at Branch.

* Ensure labelling and selling price tagging of produce and products and accurately updated and displayed.

* Ensure Company assets are protected and shops are equipped with all inputs and machines/devices needed for smooth operations, attend to all maintenance schedule in consultation with Operations and Retail Manager.

* Implement produce loss prevention protocols to ensure waste is reduced to the barest minimum.

* Organize monthly comprehensive stock and inventory take in coordination with Retail Manager and staff at individual Branches.

* Understand the needs of customers and other stakeholders and effectively/satisfactorily manage and solve their problems/constraints, mobilize and motivate internal/external resources to achieve desired results.

* Submit monthly documentation or reports to Retail Manager/Management.

* Undertake any other duties periodically assigned by Retail Manager/Management.
