About the Role:
- The CEO will lead the overall operations of PPGL, providing strategic direction and ensuring business objectives are met.
- Responsible for overseeing the energy sector operations, including gas distribution, retail, and commercial activities.
- Develop and execute corporate strategies in line with the company’s vision and goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Manage senior leadership teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive organizational growth.
- Represent the company in external forums, negotiations, and industry partnerships.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in the energy or gas sector.
- Strong understanding of business operations, regulatory compliance, and financial management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant fields; additional MBA or executive qualifications preferred.
