Description
The Wholesale Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s wholesale client base, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and the ability to work independently while representing the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to wholesale clients in Accra
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
- Ensure timely delivery and availability of products
- Provide product information and training to clients as needed
- Track sales activities, prepare reports, and achieve set targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulations
Requirements / Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree or background in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related science field
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or wholesale distribution is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
