Job Summary:
A leading advertising and marketing agency in Accra seeks a dynamic and visionary Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and execute the company’s growth agenda. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with expertise in ATL, BTL, and project management to deliver operational excellence and measurable results.
Job Description:
The COO will oversee company operations and coordinate with department heads to ensure efficiency, innovation, and profitability. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves leading key strategic initiatives, managing marketing and production arms, and driving business expansion into international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
Drive the company’s strategic vision and growth agenda.
- Lead the launch and operations of new marketing business units.
- Oversee the digital marketing and production divisions.
- Develop and implement expansion strategies into target markets, including Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Kenya, the UK, and the USA.
Commercial:
- Contribute to achieving overall organizational revenue targets and business growth goals.
- Deliver up to 200% annual revenue growth between 2025–2027 through client acquisition and account expansion.
- Ensure at least 50% of revenue growth stems from new client initiatives.
Project Management:
Oversee project delivery to ensure efficiency, cost control, and timely completion.
- Define project scopes, manage resources, and track performance using project management tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Implement risk management and quality control processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in advertising, marketing, or media sectors.
- Strong knowledge of ATL, BTL, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver business growth and operational excellence.
