Job Summary

Our client in the Electronics Industry is seeking a proactive Channel Supervisor based in Accra. The ideal candidate will manage and support the sales team to achieve targets, acquire new distributors, and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to maximize profitability.




Key Responsibilities


  • Engage with partners to understand their sales and marketing strategies.
  • Develop scalable and relevant partner demand metrics to quantify program impact.
  • Plan and implement customer presentations; communicate channel activities effectively.
  • Provide timely communications, promotions, and education for new product, solution, and feature launches with top partners.
  • Create actionable plans for growing market share.
  • Monitor stock levels of Major Dealers, Sub Dealers, and Key Accounts to ensure continuous availability of key models.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on activities and follow up on model coverage.
  • Update the company on competitor products, challenges, and market trends.





Qualifications


  • Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and channel management skills.
  • Knowledge of the Electronics Industry market is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Proven sales management experience.
