Job Summary:
The BM Export Customer Supervisor will oversee export operations, manage client relationships, and ensure efficient order processing and delivery to international customers.
Job Description:
You will coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to manage export activities and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an understanding of export documentation and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise export sales and customer service operations.
- Coordinate shipments, documentation, and customs compliance.
- Manage relationships with international clients and distributors.
- Monitor export performance and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to company and international trade regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in export supervision or international sales.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
