Snr. Manager, L&D

Overview:

We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Senior Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning strategies that drive employee growth, performance, and organizational capability. This role is pivotal in shaping a culture of continuous learning and aligning talent development with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Strategy & Leadership:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead the design of leadership development, technical training, onboarding, and career progression programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and future skill needs.

🔹 Program Design & Delivery:

• Oversee the creation of engaging learning content using blended approaches (e-learning, workshops, coaching).
• Manage external vendors, trainers, and platforms to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Champion digital learning tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, microlearning, virtual classrooms).

🔹 Evaluation & Impact:

• Establish metrics to assess learning effectiveness, ROI, and business impact.
• Use data and feedback to continuously improve programs and learner experience.
• Report progress and insights to executive leadership.

🔹 Team & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead and mentor the L&D team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Build strong relationships with HR, department heads, and external partners.
• Promote a learning culture across all levels of the organization.

Required:
* Minimum 8-10 years' experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organisational Development roles.
* Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital learning tools.
* Proven success in leading enterprise-wide learning interventions
* Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
