JOB SUMMARY
We're seeking a skilled and passionate Bakery Assistant to join our team! As a Bakery Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in helping us prepare and display delicious baked goods for our customers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience in inventory management
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing inventory levels and ordering stock
• Tracking stock movements and minimizing waste
• Conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Collaborating with purchasing and logistics teams
