TECHNICAL MANAGER (MARINE BACKGROUND)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with Marine Background to oversee marine engineering, dredging operations, vessel performance, and coastal construction activities.
The role requires strong technical leadership, operational coordination, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage all marine and dredging technical operations.
- Ensure vessels, equipment, and marine systems are maintained and compliant.
- Supervise engineers and project teams, providing technical direction.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and oversee equipment procurement.
- Coordinate project planning, cost control, and operational reporting.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s in Marine/Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture.
- 8+ years marine engineering experience, including 3+ years in management.
- Hands‑on experience with dredgers, tugboats, engines, and coastal engineering works.
- Strong knowledge of marine regulations, safety standards, and maintenance planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
