Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Associate to support business growth through client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting business development initiatives.



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients and business opportunities
  • Support lead generation, prospecting, and client follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales records
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Support the execution of business development strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and service delivery
  • Track and report on business development activities and performance



Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 1–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related role (an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Results-driven with a proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
