About Foundervine

Today, Foundervine stands as one of the largest and most active accelerator ecosystems, successfully designing and delivering business and investment readiness programmes that empower entrepreneurs. Our track record includes collaborations with leading organisations such as Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group, Sainsbury’s, Google, and the UK Government.

At Foundervine, you’ll be joining a small but dynamic team at a pivotal moment in our mission, creating a collaborative and results-driven culture where every team member plays a meaningful role. Our mission to transform society by making innovation accessible to anyone, anywhere, is what fuels us to deliver our best work every day.

Behind the scenes, we operate with the energy, agility, and expertise of a much larger organisation, despite our lean team size. With a strategic presence in  the UK and Ghana, and soon in the US, we are deeply connected to our core values: action, impact, inclusion, innovation, courage, and integrity.

A Culture of Support and Development

At Foundervine, you'll work with smart, driven people in a rapidly growing team, where big challenges create even bigger opportunities. What starts as a small project can quickly evolve into an entire function, and if you're someone who leans in, takes initiative, and thrives in solving complex problems, there's no limit to what you can build here.
We are more than just colleagues. We genuinely care about one another, and we prioritise well-being, collaboration, and continuous learning so that every team member feels valued and empowered. Through regular check-ins, cross-team collaboration, and knowledge-sharing sessions, we create an environment where ideas thrive, and where you're always growing.
We understand that life happens beyond work, which is why we strive to provide flexibility where it's most needed. We don't just focus on what we're building, we focus on how we build it and who we build it with.

You’re not just an employee, you’re part of something bigger! 🚀

The Opportunity

The Foundervine Graduate Scheme is a 12-month programme designed to cultivate the next generation of professionals in the entrepreneurship ecosystem. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured learning, you’ll gain the expertise needed to thrive in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment. You will be working directly with our CEO and COO at the executive core of the organisation depending on placement. This is not a traditional support role. You will be expected to think independently, communicate professionally, and drive things forward, even when the brief is not fully defined.

As part of the programme, you’ll be:

(CEO's Office — Strategy, Partnerships & External Presence)

  • Supporting the CEO by working at the intersection of strategy, communication, and external relationships, translating high-level thinking into clear, polished outputs.
  • Drafting and managing responses to the CEO's emails with professionalism and judgement
  • Preparing materials for partnership, investor, and stakeholder conversations
  • Supporting research that informs strategy and external positioning
  • Turning ideas into structured documents, presentations, and briefings
  • Supporting brand, content, and narrative work
  • Coordinating follow-through on commitments from senior-level meetings

(COO's Office — Operations, Execution & Internal Systems)

  • Supporting the COO by working at the operational heart of the organisation, keeping priorities moving and making sure good plans actually get executed.
  • Drafting and managing responses to the COO's emails clearly and appropriately
  • Tracking priorities and following up on outstanding actions across teams
  • Preparing materials for SLT/SMT meetings, briefing notes, agendas, action logs
  • Helping structure internal systems so information flows clearly
  • Supporting process design and operational documentation
  • Coordinating cross-team initiatives and ensuring accountability for delivery

Who We're Looking For

We are prioritising highly capable generalists, people with a wide skill base who are motivated to learn quickly and take on real responsibility. You don't need to have done this exact kind of work before. We care more about how you think and how you show up.

We want someone who is:

  • A strong communicator, clear, professional, and thoughtful in writing and speech
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate well under pressure
  • Proactive: able to push things forward without being told
  • Highly organised and reliable, people depend on you following through
  • Analytically strong, able to structure problems and synthesise information
  • Genuinely motivated by Foundervine's mission to support underrepresented founders
