We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Officer to join our team in Abuja and support key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, staff records management, and HR compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
