Are you a proactive HR professional with strong Learning & Development experience? We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support HR operations across multiple business entities while leading the Group's Learning & Development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Support employee relations, engagement, and performance management activities.
Maintain HR records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate appraisal processes and HR audits.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual training plans.
Design and facilitate training programmes and workshops.
Manage training records, learning systems, and L&D reporting.
Coordinate external training vendors and learning partners.



Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Min. of 5 years' HR Generalist experience.
Strong experience in Learning & Development, training facilitation, and employee engagement.
Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
CIPM, SHRM, PHRi, or related HR certification is an added advantage.
Previous experience supporting hospitality, service, or blue-collar workforces is preferred.
