ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
ROLE OVERVIEW
Our client produces cold pressed juices and cocktails for health-conscious customers in and around Accra. They seek to employ AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage all correspondence across all companies' communication and social media platforms.
• Manage information flow in a prompt and accurate manner.
• Contact customers regularly for orders and provide after sales service that gives the best customer experience.
• Proactively increase customer satis faction and loyalty, through ensuring interactions meet customer needs.
• Maintaining filing systems, ordering supplies and preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Act as liaison between the production team and the customers, ensuring orders and deliveries meet customer expectations.
• Providing information to clients and staff and assisting with projects.
• Coordinate external and internal events of the business.
• And any other duties that may be assigned.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
• A First degree in any discipline
2-3 years proven success and experience in similar role in a start-up or corporate field
• Excellent speaking, writing, and inter personal skills.
• Excellent planning, organization and efficiency skills
Ability to multitask, manage social media platforms and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.
• Willing and able to work around the clock to achieve business goals.
