Job Purpose

The Administrative & HR Assistant will provide essential support to the HR and administrative functions of the organization. This role ensures smooth office operations, effective employee support, and compliance with HR policies during the fixed-term contract period.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Assist in recruitment processes such as posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate training sessions and staff development activities.
  • Handle office supplies, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR in employee relations and compliance with labour laws.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws is an advantage.
