Job Summary
The role ensures that all records are accurate, complete, accessible, and compliant with certification requirements, while supporting internal and external audit processes. The position also supports Management Information System (MIS) reporting and electronic document management to enhance traceability, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
BSc. In Computer science or related field
3 years' experience in similar roles in manufacturing sector.
Experience supporting audits, certification programs, or traceability systems is an added advantage.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data analysis, pivot tables, reporting, and database management.
Experience using document management systems (DMS), electronic filing systems, and cloud-based storage platforms.
Ability to maintain databases and generate MIS reports.
