We are looking to hire an Administrative Officer to support smooth office functions and assist with coordination across teams. You will handle documentation, scheduling, and general office management to ensure MOBA runs efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing official correspondence, emails, and document flow.
- Support the preparation of meeting agendas, attendance lists, and related documents.
- Help track and restock office inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Provide required administrative documents to support internal audits when requested.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Being a MOBA is an added advantage.
