Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies to grow revenue and expand market reach.
  • Monitor and drive KPIs across B2B, B2C, B2B2C, GMV, AOV, Rider Retention, and User Acquisition.
  • Align departmental activities to business goals and lead strategic partnership negotiations.
  • Own business development efforts and ensure the execution of partnership deliverables.
  • Lead day-to-day operations ensuring seamless order fulfillment, logistics optimization, and superior customer service.
  • Coordinate across departments—Fleet, Sales, Tech, Marketing—to ensure synergy and operational efficiency.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and ensure service-level KPIs are consistently met.
  • Build, recruit, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team from the ground up.
  • Assign roles and responsibilities based on strengths and business needs.
  • Monitor and review staff performance, offering mentorship and feedback regularly.
  • Foster a company culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and resolve conflicts constructively.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to evolve platform functionalities.
  • Ensure product updates improve customer and rider experience.
  • Support product roadmaps with data-driven feedback from operations.
  • Maintain and build relationships with key logistics partners, clients, and vendors.
  • Provide regular performance and financial updates to executive leadership and investors.
  • Represent the business in high-level discussions with external partners.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a business operations role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience in logistics, e-commerce, FMCG, or a start-up environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Effective team leader with strong people management abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in executing strategy, managing teams, and scaling operations.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable in fast-evolving environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must have a personal laptop for work purposes.
