BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years of experience developing and managing internal business communications
- Strong balance of writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
- Demonstrated success in driving high-impact communications strategies and supports organizational change through effective communication
- Develops comprehensive communication plans aligned with business objectives
- Strong sense of brand and editorial voice; the ability to harmonize messages across multiple channels and vehicles.
- Experience working cross-functionally and leading through influence. Helps team members understand and adapt to new initiatives and drives engagement and adoption
- Experience managing complex and fast-moving issues
- Demonstrates patience and maturity when navigating challenges; maintains a positive, solution-oriented approach in the face of obstacles or changes, and calmly guides complex situations to successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft or Google Suite including slide presentations and word documents
- Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working in healthcare or similar regulated industries (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or a related discipline
