Ensure product relevance and suitability by proposing product recommendations in alignment with the overall company strategies and directions.
Lead and execute offline activations for bank products, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement, increase adoption, and ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
Monitor product performance in terms of market share and revenue targets.
Generating ideas for new products, creating product requirements documentations (PRD), and arranging design sprints.
Manage product risks and financials by working with relevant teams to make necessary improvements to products to meet changing business needs and market climate.
Requirements:
3-4 years in B2C/B2B product management preferably within a fintech, digital banking or technology organization, including mobile banking, API-driven banking services, and customer engagement tools with a proven track record of end-to-end product delivery.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Retool, Excel/Sheets) is mandatory.
Proven experience in client facing roles, activating products, driving customer engagement, and gathering customer insights is required.
Experience working with loan products in regulated environments with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with product development and customer adoption is a bonus
