- Partner with VPs, SVPs, and C-suite leaders at Fortune 500 companies to accelerate their career advancement
- Drive measurable business growth through client renewals, upsells, referrals, and reactivations
- Learn our comprehensive program, including 50+ training modules, templates, and tools to better coach our clients
- Advise executives through mindset shifts and behavior changes using powerful questioning and accountability
- Manage relationships with 100+ high-level clients across multiple communication channels

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of Consulting, Client Success in High Ticket B2C, or Executive Coaching
- 7+ years of corporate or business experience
- Proven track record of delivering 2-10X growth in your domain
- Demonstrable experience with corporate/executive clients
- Track record of building successful client success programs end-to-end
- Tech savvy: CRMs, Excel, ClickUp
- Executive presence with polished business attire when on camera
Nice-to-Haves:
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Experience within a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- Experience within high-ticket coaching and HR/Recruiting
What We Offer
- USD $4,000 - $5,000 / month (full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week)
- 100% remote
- Monday-Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM Central time
- 6-8 weekend work periods per year during peak launch seasons
