Key Responsibilities
- Review and adjudicate claims in accordance with company guidelines, benefit schedules, and contractual agreements.
- Verify supporting documentation and cross-check claim details to identify errors, inconsistencies, or possible fraud.
- Uphold strict confidentiality of patient and provider information at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Background in clinical healthcare.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in claims processing, health insurance, or data entry roles (experience in health insurance is an advantage).
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
