Job Purpose:
To provide high-quality, specialist-level aesthetic dermatology services in line with evidence-based clinical standards, delivering safe, ethical, and patient-centered cosmetic and dermatological treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist-level aesthetic dermatology services in line with best-practice clinical guidelines and Al-Futtaim Health Medical Staff Bylaws
- Deliver cosmetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and safety standards
- Perform aesthetic and cosmetic procedures including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation treatments, and non-invasive aesthetic procedures
- Assess skin conditions and advise on appropriate cosmetic and dermatological treatment options
- Conduct follow-up consultations and manage long-term aesthetic treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBBS/MBChB or equivalent from an accredited institution
- DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible Specialist Dermatologist
- Recognised specialty qualification approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH (UAE)
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience at specialist level
- Valid BLS and ALS certification
- Aesthetic certifications and advanced injectables training highly desirable
Key Competencies:
- Strong aesthetic dermatology background is essential
- Proven experience performing cosmetic and aesthetic procedures independently
- Patient-focused with strong understanding of aesthetic outcomes and safety
- Commercially aware and confident in building a loyal aesthetic patient base
