Role Purpose
Own our brand voice and digital growth engine. You’ll plan and execute content, campaigns, and media that grow awareness, generate qualified leads, strengthen
partnerships, and celebrate our impact stories (Eco-Divas, MHM Diva trainings, school distributions).
Key Responsibilities
1) Content & Social Media
Own the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube.
Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos/reels; design graphics (Canva/Adobe).
Write compelling copy: posts, captions, newsletters, blogs, case studies, press notes.
Community management: timely replies, DMs, and comment engagement; escalate issues.
2) Digital Marketing & Growth
Plan and run campaigns for launches, activations, MH Day/IDG, and CSR/NGO drives.
Manage website updates (basic CMS), SEO hygiene, and lead-capture forms.
Set up email journeys (e.g., Mailchimp): partner updates, donor notes, promotions.
Run and optimise paid ads (Meta/Google) against clear CAC and ROAS targets.
3) PR, Media & Stakeholder Visibility
Build and maintain a media list (radio/TV/print/online); pitch stories and secure features.
Draft press releases, media kits, and talking points for CEO/spokespeople.
Coordinate interviews, factory tours, and event coverage; manage photo/video assets.
4) Impact Storytelling & Thought Leadership
Document Eco-Diva entrepreneur stories, school impact, and product/environmental wins.
Support white papers/briefs, conference decks, and panel submissions as needed.
5) Analytics, Reporting & Compliance
Track KPIs weekly/monthly (GA, Meta/LinkedIn analytics): reach, engagement, CTR, leads, conversions, press mentions.
Run A/B tests; iterate based on data.
Ensure brand consistency, consent/use of images, and safeguarding/ethics compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–4+ years in social/digital marketing for a brand, NGO, or social enterprise.
Strong copywriting and basic design/video skills (Canva/Adobe; CapCut/Premiere or similar).
Hands-on with Meta Business Suite/Ads, Google Analytics, basic SEO, and email tools.
Excellent organisational skills; comfortable on shoots and during field activations.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in FMCG or mission-driven brands (health, WASH, education).
Photography and documentary-style video storytelling.
Basic HTML/CMS (WordPress/Wix) and simple landing-page builds.
CRM familiarity (HubSpot/Zoho) for lead management.
