Role Summary:
The Digital Marketing & Growth Lead will drive the Bank’s digital marketing and communication strategy. The role oversees planning, execution, and optimization of all digital campaigns and promotional activities, ensuring a consistent, impactful, and data-driven brand presence across digital platforms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or advertising.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, campaign management, and digital marketing.
  • Experience with social media and content management.
  • Proficiency in reporting, research, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Bank’s digital marketing strategy.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across all platforms.
  • Oversee content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics to guide strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform digital growth.
  • Report on key KPIs, campaign results, and insights to senior management.
