DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts and accelerate growth across all digital channels. This role is responsible for building and executing measurable digital campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive user acquisition, improve retention, and support revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, content, paid ads).
• Own and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI.
• Lead SEO and content strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager) and produce actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Own digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation across initiatives.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to inform strategy and tactical execution.
• Report performance using KPI dashboards and strategic insights to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including hands-on execution and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, analytics tools, paid media, and marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Creative with strong analytical ability and a data-driven approach.
