I am currently looking for a HSE Manager with Marine Construction experience who will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of the Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System across construction projects and units. This role involves overseeing the development of HSE policies, conducting safety audits, managing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company safety procedures. The HSE Manager provides leadership to the HSE team, coordinates with project managers and stakeholders, and plays a key role in fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organisation.
