Al Sahraa Recruitment Services (ASRS), an Abu Dhabi–based recruitment and staff outsourcing provider, is seeking an HSE Officer to support offshore site HSE implementation.
Salary: AED 9,350/month
Job Type: Rotational (60/30)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering / Science
• Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical
• Strong English communication (written & verbal); MS Office proficiency
• Willing to work day & night operations
• Valid UAE light-duty driving license (Defensive Driving Course required)
• NEBOSH IGC and/or HSE Diploma; Hazardous Material Handling & Storage by Sea Awareness
Responsibilities:
• Enforce HSE standards & procedures across site activities
• Execute risk assessments & work permit processes
• Conduct HSE inductions and toolbox talks
• Maintain HSE documentation; assist incident investigations
• Run inspection schedules and emergency drills
• Coordinate updates with company HSE engineers; monitor contractor compliance with ADNOC standards
• Reports to: Team Leader, Logistics
