2 HSE Manager:
•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Science.
•NEBOSH Level 6 International Diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 45001 (preferred).
•ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation knowledge.
•Minimum 10 years HSE experience, 5 years in a managerial role.
ơ HSE Engineer:
•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical.
•NEBOSH Level 6 International Diploma or equivalent.
•OSHA 30hrs/ ISO14001 implementation knowledge.
•Minimum 7 years of experience, with 3 years on ALDAR projects.
HSE Officer:
•Diploma in Engineering or Science.
•NEBOSH IGC and ISO 45001:2018 Awareness
Certificate (mandatory).
•Minimum 5 years HSE experience in the
Requirements (As per ALDAR Standards):
• General (All Positions):
•Minimum 5 years UAE/GCC experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
•Must have previous experience working under ALDAR or similar developers.
•Strong knowledge of UAE Federal Laws, ADPHC-ADOSH, and International HSE Standards (ISO
45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015).
•Familiar with ALDAR EHS Plan, permit-to-work systems, incident investigation, and risk assessment protocols.
•Excellent communication and report writing skills.
