 Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Assistant to support our clients and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will assist customers, handle inquiries, and help maintain smooth operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Provide product or service information accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Support other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualification:

  • Relevant Degree / HND 
  • 1 Year experience in Customer Service 
  • Fresh Graduate 
  • Good Oral and written communication skills 
  • Must be available to start immediately 

Salary

1,700 - 1,700 GHS
