Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors, manage calls, and handle correspondence
Maintain a tidy, professional front desk and office environment
Support internal meetings and general office administration
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
Oversee office facilities and liaise with maintenance vendors.
Monitor cleaning staff performance and ensure common areas are well-maintained.
Maintain stock of office supplies and ensure timely restocking.
Support general office administration and documentation as required
Qualifications
3 - 4 years of experience in front desk, administrative, or office support roles
OND holder in Business Administration or relevant field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highest level of ethical behavior and discretion
Flexible and adaptable to changes in a dynamic work environment
Proactive, with excellent time-management, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
PA experience is an added advantage.
Work effectively, professionally, and tactfully with diverse teams, senior staff, and external partners
