Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers at Experience Centres and online.
Manage client inquiries (in person, telephone and online).
Resolve or direct client complaints or complex queries to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
Provide report of lost sales and products that are low in stock to the head of retail.
Actively promote and sell products, meeting individual and team sales targets.
Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory counts, and report discrepancies to head of retail.
Ensure products are properly organized and displayed according to layout guidelines to maximize sales opportunities.
Adhere to all sales policies and standard operating procedures.
Obtain post-sales client feedback.
Recommend product improvements based on client feedback.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep and maintain accurate and complete customer records at all time.
Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.
Make frequent calls to customers to strengthen relationships.
Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
Prepare and keep documentation for items purchased.
Liaise with logistics team to ensure quick delivery of online and other purchases.
Qualification:
OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field of Study
2-3 Years Experience in Customer/Client Service Role.
