🧩 Job Purpose
To support the Project Manager in delivering HR outsourcing projects by coordinating operational activities, tracking compliance, and assisting with client reporting and team supervision.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of HR service projects, with focus on recruitment, payroll, and compliance operations.
Support recruitment activities to ensure timely delivery of shortlisted candidates.
Review and prepare payroll documentation and ensure internal quality checks.
Monitor daily operations and follow up on deliverables from internal teams.
Draft operational reports and activity trackers for internal use and client updates.
Support service quality checks and flag non-compliance or potential issues.
Serve as acting lead in the absence of the Project Manager.
Coordinate team scheduling, task tracking, and documentation control.
Assist with data collection, audits, and evaluations.
🧠Key Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in HR operations, payroll support, or project coordination.
Familiarity with Ghanaian employment legislation and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Experience working with HR software and payroll tools.
