REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in RC & Diamond Drilling Supervisory
- Strong experience in field drilling operations (site-based)
- Solid knowledge of RC sampling, core logging, and data quality control
- Ability to troubleshoot drilling and geological issues on site
- Strong leadership and client coordination skills
- Good understanding of HSE standards and compliance
- Direct experience dealing with clients on site
- Ability to provide clear updates, reports, and technical feedback
