End‑to‑End Manager

Position Summary:

Nestlé Ghana Limited is seeking a highly driven End to End Manager to lead and coordinate the full value stream from raw material intake to finished goods dispatch. The successful candidate will ensure seamless cross‑functional alignment, operational excellence, and consistent delivery of safety, quality, cost, and service targets. This role requires a strong leader who can coach teams, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement across the factory.

Responsibilities:

•  Drive Total performance Management initiatives, Lean methodologies, and continuous improvement standards.

• Standardize production methods, including systems, processes, and controls.

• Develop and mentor departmental teams to build capability and engagement.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Work closely with Safety, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Engineering.

• Support planning and coordination across all stakeholders.

Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Background, Food processing, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or any related discipline

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role preferably within a Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
