We are currently seeking a competent and experienced Procurement Supervisor to join our team in Sagamu, Ogun State. The ideal candidate will oversee procurement operations, ensure timely sourcing of materials, and support efficient production activities within a beverage manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
* Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency and quality standards.
* Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
* Maintain strong relationships with vendors and monitor supplier performance.
* Prepare procurement reports and support cost control initiatives.
* Use SAP system for procurement transactions, purchase orders, and reporting.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum of 4–6 years procurement experience, preferably in a beverage or FMCG manufacturing company.
* Good working knowledge of SAP for procurement processes.
* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting tools.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
