Education/Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or Economics
· GSE/GISI Securities Courses certification
· Must have written and passed CFA level I or II
Skills/Competencies
· Working knowledge of Ghana's securities industry, market dynamics, and regulatory framework.
· Excellent quantitative, analytical, and financial modelling skills.
· Strong numerical proficiency with a focus on financial analysis and valuation techniques.
· Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
