Job Summary:
A reputable pension corporate trustee located in Accra is seeking a Senior Finance Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and overseeing pension scheme accounting processes.


Description / Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
• Manage pension scheme accounts and ensure accuracy in contribution and benefit records.
• Support audits and coordinate with external auditors when required.
• Ensure compliance with pension and financial reporting regulations.
• Provide management with timely financial insights for decision-making.


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• Professional qualification from ICA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional body.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Strong understanding of pension scheme accounting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
