Project Finance (PF) is the flagship business of Investment Banking Department of HDFC Bank. Bank is a market leader in PF business in Infrastructure, Energy, Metal, Mining, Manufacturing, Telecom, Healthcare, Hospitality and several other sectors.
Banker working in PF team for Infrastructure & Energy Sector has end to end P&L responsibility of originating and closing transactions.
Activities to be Undertaken:
• Deal Origination
• Financial Modelling
• Risk Assessment
• Deal Structuring and Negotiations
• Due Diligence, Credit Appraisal
• Information Memorandum Preparation
• Presentation to internal and external stakeholders
• Sector Research, Regulatory Compliance
• Debt Syndication
• Operational tasks for disbursement and security creation
Qualification: MBA / CA (3-6 yrs of experience)
Experience: Strong experience in Project Finance / Corporate Finance / Investments domain with reputed Banks / NBFCs / Corporates / Private Equity / Financial Advisory firms
