EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - TEMA
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with Accounting Background to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry and a graduate-level education.
Responsibilities
Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Prepare and proofread various documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Assist with financial tasks, such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Provide general administrative support, including file management and data entry
Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in the FMCG industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities
