Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant with 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources to support senior leadership with day-to-day administrative, coordination and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.


Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage calendars, schedules, meeting coordination, and travel logistics.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
Handle email management, follow-up tracking and workflow prioritization.
Draft and maintain high-quality professional documents using MS Office tools.
Communication & Reporting
Prepare PowerPoint decks.
Develop basic visual materials for presentations using Canva.
Weekly and monthly reporting dashboards using Excel.

Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and discretion
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Resourceful, flexible and proactive problem-solver
Technical Proficiency
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced)
Canva for presentations and design assets

 
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
2–3 years’ experience providing administrative or HR support
Demonstrated ability to support leadership roles and manage priorities
