Role Overview:
- Department: Often within fashion houses, garment factories, or vocational training centers.
- Objective: To support the production team in managing workflow, quality, and efficiency in fashion-related operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising cutting, stitching, and finishing processes
- Ensuring garments meet design specifications and quality standards
- Coordinating between designers, tailors, and production staff
- Managing inventory of fabrics, accessories, and tools
- Assisting with pattern making and sample development
- Supporting sustainable and ethical production practices
