Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and financial forecasting.
- Reconcile bank statements and track financial transactions.
- Ensure timely tax compliance, statutory deductions, and regulatory reporting.
- Support external audits by preparing necessary financial documents.
- Monitor and control expenses to align with financial goals.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Identify financial risks and implement controls to mitigate them.
- Stay updated on financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Must be a 2025/2026 candidate
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage.
- Proven experience in financial management or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information.
