Job Description:
Millennium Atria Business Bay Dubai, a luxury property under the Millennium Hotels & Resorts group, is currently hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join its Food & Beverage team. The role of F&B Associate offers a chance to work in one of Dubai’s most dynamic hospitality environments, where service excellence and guest satisfaction are top priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional and courteous food and beverage service to all guests.
• Take orders accurately, deliver food and drinks promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Set up dining areas and ensure cleanliness and organization throughout service hours.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and hospitality at all times.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of F&B or restaurant experience (preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Friendly personality with a passion for customer service.
