Open Positions & Descriptions:
1. Housekeeping Attendant
• Ensure guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet hotel standards.
• Replace linens, restock amenities, and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness according to brand procedures.
2. Chief Engineer
• Oversee all hotel maintenance operations including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Lead the engineering team and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and energy efficiency standards.
3. Commis 3 – Pastry Chef
• Assist in preparing desserts, pastries, and bakery items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section.
• Support the pastry chef in daily operations and creative menu development.
4. Food & Beverage Supervisor
• Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage team schedules, training, and service quality.
• Assist with inventory, billing, and reporting.
5. Telephone Operator
• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and courteously.
• Provide accurate information and transfer calls to the right departments.
• Manage guest wake-up calls and assist with special requests.
6. Waiter/Waitress
• Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver promptly.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set for service.
