Job Description:
Whitespot UAE is conducting a walk-in interview for multiple positions across hard services, soft services, and front & back office operations. The company seeks skilled and motivated professionals who are ready to deliver excellence in facility management, client service, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hard Services:
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Ensure all preventive maintenance schedules are completed efficiently.
• Respond promptly to technical faults and service requests.
• Soft Services:
• Supervise and maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards.
• Perform general, residential, and commercial cleaning tasks.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Front & Back Office Executives:
• Handle concierge duties and guest relations with professionalism.
• Conduct tele-sales operations, customer follow-ups, and administrative support.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Relevant technical or vocational certification preferred.
• Previous experience in facility management, hospitality, or cleaning industry.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Customer-oriented and proactive attitude.
