Available Positions:
• Internship – Human Resources (October 2025): Gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment within a dynamic hotel environment.
• Commis I / II / III: Assist in food preparation, maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation, and contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Ensure all kitchen areas and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
• Follow standard recipes and portion control to maintain consistency.
• Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas.
• Support HR daily operations (for interns), including documentation, training coordination, and staff welfare initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.

• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Human Resources (depending on role).
