We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our Life Assurance Division as Financial Advisors professionais who are committed to making life better for our clients.
The Job:
• Identify and engage potential clients within the assigned catchment area to promote insurance solutions,
•Assess client needs and recommend tailored financial products that align with their goals.
Present and explain policy options and benefits in a clear and compelling manner.
• Close sales and consistently meet performance targets.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to support retention and long-term growth.
• Conduct regular reviews to adapt solutions to evolving client needs and life stages.
•Network actively and generate referrals to expand your client base,
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience,
The Person:
• Holds a minimum of 1 A-Level pass.
• Demonstrates a proven track record in sales with strong performance outcomes.
Communicates effectively-both verbally and in writing-with clarity and confidence.
Exhibits maturity. Independence, and self-motivation in dally tasks.
• Brings energy, sociability, and a results-driven mindset to the role.
• Possesses a Diploma in Insurance, Certificate of Proficiency (COP), or relevant experience in banking or insurance marketing (an added advantage).
