EON Engineering Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller / Accountant (IFRS) to join our professional team. The successful candidate will oversee the company’s financial activities, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Job Description:
The Financial Controller / Accountant will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, auditing, and implementing effective internal controls. The role requires a deep understanding of IFRS principles and the ability to analyze and present financial data that supports management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in line with IFRS standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Monitor company cash flow and manage financial risks.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all accounting records.
• Supervise accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Provide strategic financial insights to management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ACCA, ICA, or CPA) preferred.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
